Led the Restructure of Lloyds Banking Group during the last Financial Crisis as part of Project Atlantic. Managed and advised on the refinancing and reorganisation of complex finance structures and treasury for world’s largest shipping group. Advised two of the largest merchant acquirers in the UK.  Led numerous engagements through his former consulting group Longbridge Capital in infrastructure, banking & fintech ventures in Africa. Founded two fintech start-ups including   Yespay (a payment gateway acquired by Worldpay).  Daks has strong ties with Africa and is passionate about bringing financial inclusion and social upliftment to this part of the world.
