Environmental Scientist, Agroecology Technical Officer
He is an Environmental Scientist who specialized in Biodiversity and Conservation Biology and has a PhD in Environment and Society. He has more than twelve years of experience in R&D projects across different sectors (research center, academia and industry). At the beginning of his career, he specialized in the effect of invasive species and climate change on agroforest systems. Then he worked as coordinator and manager of EU R&D projects on the application of ICT to address societal and environmental challenges. Currently, he works as Agroecology Coordinator in LifeWatch ERIC. He coordinates R&D activities regarding agroecology topics intending to contribute to the transition towards sustainable agriculture throughout Europe.
