Prof (Dr) Stanley Liphadzi is a Group Executive Manager of Research &Development in the Water Research Commission, in South Africa. Adjunct Professor at the University of Venda. He holds PhD in Agronomy from Kansas State University, MSc (Agronomy) from the University of Pretoria, and Masters of Business Leadership (MBL) from the University of South Africa. Stanley has previously worked as a University Lecturer, Development Manager, Research Manager, and Executive Manager. He has also served in the boards of various organizations. Dr Liphadzi has more than 20 peer reviewed publications in various international journals. Among other honors, Stanley is a Fulbright Scholar. He is now focused on ensuring that the WRC’s Research and Development branch steers the generation of new knowledge, technology and Innovations that are pivotal in supporting sustainable growth and development in South Africa and beyond.
